The World Guide to Sustainable Enterprise is the first comprehensive global compendium that clearly describes the national approaches to sustainable enterprise that goes beyond defensive, charitable, promotional or strategic CSR.
The guide comprises four volumes, each dedicated to a specific region of the world (Asia Pacific; Africa and Middle East; Europe; The Americas), and is jampacked with cases of businesses around the world who have integrated sustainability and responsibility into their strategy, operations and products, in order to have a transformational, positive impact on the biggest social and environmental challenges we face.
Every country profile includes key information about the relevant history, country-specific issues, trends, research, and the leading organizations operating in the field as well as best-practice case studies.
The World Guide has been initiated and edited by international CSR expert Wayne Visser, who has also published The World Guide to CSR back in 2010, where Tania Ellis contributed with a feature on Denmark.
This time, Tania Ellis has together with Annika Rømer from The Social Business Company team contributed with a section about Denmark to The World Guide to Sustainable Enterprise .
– We’re both happy and proud to give our Danish contribution to Wayne Visser’s important worldwide compendium on sustainable enterprise. It’s so important that we showcase how companies from around the world are bringing disruptive solutions to our global challenges, rather than code- compliance or incremental change, explains Tania Ellis.
