The Danish Technological Institute hosts the annual HR Day for human resource professionals in Denmark. Tania Ellis was invited as key note speaker at the end of the day to shed light on the business effects of the social megatrend with her presentation “HRs role in future business and the global revolution”.
“Tania’s presentation showed how Corporate Social Responsibility will play a decisive role in the future regarding an organization’s ability to attract and retain talented employees and how CSR at the same time will give a competitive advantage. It was evident, that Tania has profound knowledge on the subject, and she presented a lot of illustrative examples of how a company can approach new initiatives and thereby gain both increased employee satisfaction and improve reputation.”
– Katrine Bøgh Brixen, Project Manager, Teknologisk Institut
